******* Credit Bureau Listing

Discovery Insure has listed me on Credit Bureau after I cancelled my motor insurance with them last year. I called them to ask if I owed them and they confirmed that I do not owe them and I informed them that they had listed me. The lady I spoke to said that she will ask the finance department to send me a paid up letter and 6 weeks later I have not received anything and I am still listed on Credit Bureau. Discovery couldn't handle my claim properly, they made a mistake on my insurance papers, I requested my sales call with them and 1 year later I still do not have it. And now they have listed me on credit bureau after I cancelled my insurance with them and they confirmed that I do not owe them.

WORST INSURANCE EVER!!! I will be taking this further!
