Ignoring client requests after making promises!

NO FEEDBACK ON VEHICLE CLAIM AND ADDING CAR RENTAL TO MY CLAIM QUANTUM WHEN THE PANELBEATER MADE ONE MISTAKE AFTER ANOTHER!

How is that fair to the client? Now my Loss Ratio will be higher but this all because of a Panelbeater who NETASSESS referred me to with FALSE information, making me think the Panelbeater I requested is not approved for under warranty vehicles.
