Ignored thirdparty claim with *********** Mathapelo Bokaba

I will never encourage anyone to join this insurance. Their client bumbed me in April and accepted the fault and lodgef the claim till today i am going from pillar to post calling them no one is assisting me. I was alocated a lady Mathapelo Bokaba, she only sent me an email when she needed pictures of the damage from there she never responds to my email ( 10 or even more) when i call they say Mathapelo is the phone shel get back to you. Lately they receive my report from assesment still quite i call nothing is happening and my care is a mess. Discovery you dont have respect for people so is your employees. Bad bad insurace dont try it shame they are so ******** and careless and ***********.
