Ignored emails and follow up

Their client of different colour rear bumped me at a red robot leading to accident between my car and her car. To my surprise, her claim was approved and her car fixes months ago. Since then I have been emailing and submitted all the required documents but for the last 2 months they have ignored my emails sent and cc'd to their claims department email and directly to Mathapelo Bokaba but not even an acknowledgement reply received And do not expect them to call you,,, you will waste you airtime and money for quotations all for nothing. I've heard so much good things about their service but frankly my experience now is making me take steps that is so unnecessary unpleasant.
