Ignored by Discovery on cancellation

I am trying to cancel my insurance with Discovery but they ignore all emails to different addresses. When I call them they assure me they are in a position to assist, but due to computer problems they will call me back within half an hour. Days and several calls later still waiting. Still no refund on debit order which were debited from my bank account.
