Ignored by Discovery Insure

All the front lights from my VW Polo were ****** on 21/5/17 which was reported to Discovery Insure the following day. Their service was good for the first few days while my vehicle was being processed. I was informed on 30/5/17 by the Claims Administrator that my vehicle had been authorised for repair. My insurance provided a replacement car for 30 days, which I thought would be plenty of time. The 30 days for the hired car expired on 21/6/17 and then I had to pay for the car myself. I called the contact number of the Claims Administrator and left two messages over two days and wrote an e-mail on 21st and 22nd June, to say that I had contacted the garage doing the repairs and they had confirmed that no work had started on my car. This was apparently because of a delay with parts, even though my car is not uncommon and the parts were apparently sourced locally. I have had no response from Discovery at all.
