If you’re looking for reliability, Discovery Insure is not it!!!
If there was a zero rating, that’s what I’d give them because that’s what they deserve. This is the second incident that Discovery Insure has proven to be unreliable. A consultant, Thabang & his manager Paulos were particularly unhelpful. All they care about is the bottom line never mind my concerns and safety even after they were raised. They can kiss my premiums goodbye!

We conducted an investigation into the matter and it was revealed that both a tow and jumpstart was requested and ultimately executed. Your vehicle needed a jump start and this was carried out and your vehicle managed to start. The aspect of the emergency was addressed.
We note that this was not a mechanical breakdown which rendered the vehicle none drivable rather a jumpstart issue due to a low battery. For this reason the tow was not warranted. However, in meeting your request. Our personnel heeded the call.
We are sorry that you feel the team was unhelpful, unreliable and that you felt your safety was compromised in this interaction.
