It took over an hour to sign on to Discovery Insure, after receiving the contract I realised that I would not be better off with them and decided to cancel the contract a few days later. They not only continued to deduct the monthly premiums from my account after I canceled, but almost 7 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund. No one gets back to me. SHOCKING
