I wish the world had more people like her

I called though to discovery as I had a huge issue on my policy.<br> <br> The first guy I got through to was not helpful at all. Pretty much said to me, sorry thats the way it is, call back in 5 working days. Not very impressed with that answer, after all I wanted to give discovery money.<br> <br> I decided to call back and Michelle answered the phone. Mind Blown... after explaining my situation to her, she immediately knew what to do, who to talk to and how to get this resolved. She told me she WILL get this sorted out and she pulled through like a rock star, much quicker than 5 working days.<br> I think Michelle should share her skill with the rest of the team because this is what excellent customer service is all about - she would make the call centre a better place for all clients.<br> <br> Outstanding Service.<br> Thank you so much.
