I was offered a migration insurance policy

Blue mercury is my agent responsible for my life cover and offered me a better rate on my car insurance so being a client of them I didn't see any problems but the problem come at the end of Sep when the migration need to happen from my current netstar and cancellation of my insurance now the agent said that they can't do the migration but I must tell them that I sold the car to avoid difficulties with better offer from my existing insure I did it and they sent there technician out and he told me he can't install a secondary tracker without removing the the one in the car and that half of the clients sit with this problem and the cost is R1500/2000 now I go back to Blue mercury and they now let me know of a dashboard system and still have to pay for the existing tracker this is where the hole thing changed because now I cancelled my existing insure and after they informed me to lie and cancel now this easy and better insurance has left me with no insurance because of there misleading and dishonest way of getting clients to move there business
