I WAS DEBITED EVEN THOUGH MY POLICY WAS CANCELED

I have signed up for Discovery insure for my car, under a week later, I have canceled my policy as the sales consultant mislead me into purchasing this policy by guaranteeing me 50% back on my fuel spend. Which was actually a lie, he didn't mention on the call that it was up to 50% cash back. As they say that calls are recorded, proof is there. Although I have canceled the policy within the cooling off period, Discovery Insure still debited by account. The consultant reassured me that the policy was canceled and I won't get debited.

Discovery Insure are ***** and a big money making scheme. Pathetic service! I want my refund within 24 hours otherwise I'm proceeding legally.
