I want my refund !!!!!!!

I cancelled my policy with Discovery Insure in the month of May for the policy to end by 31st of May. I received confirmation from Discovery that the policy was cancelled and I would not be debited going forward. On 1st of June I was debited and now I have been fighting for my refund back. I called numerous times and keep getting told different information with each consultant I speak to. Two weeks later and I still have not received my refund. I was told it take 3-5 business days and I’ve been waiting 10 business days with no refund. The service is unacceptable and I do not understand why I have to fight for money that is mine? Pathetic!
