I want my car, discovery insure is a no go area
**** promises, **** agents agents, this company is a ****. I want my car, repairer can’t proceed with work because they have been waiting for feedback for 3 weeks now

27 Nov 2023, 15:171st I never wanted my car to be repaired in pta as I stay in jhb because I knew it will be difficult for me to check the progress of my car and hence I was promised that it will be fixed in 14 days and will be towed to my house after, that was end of September. Then I suggested that discovery rent me another vehicle as I am literally struggling without transport and then they did not, now I’m sitting with no car while the deductions are running through, I will reverse the payment should you deduct because I am paying for a car that I don’t have and it’s the 2nd month now. Not once have I missed a single payment but the kind of treatment I’m getting is paining
