I submitted a third party claim which is being handled by Ofentse, the claim didn’t take too long, however Ofentse just responded to me advising payment takes 15 days

I submitted a third party claim which is being handled by Ofentse, the claim didn’t take too long, however Ofentse just responded to me advising payment takes 15 days. I am running a business and losing money, 15 days is just too much. Can this be sorted out please, Discovery is too much of a big company to take so long to release a payment.
