I put in a claim over a week ago because I had water streaming into my dining room and one of my bedrooms after a storm. I was told someone would contact me later that day. No one did. I called the next day to find out what happened and was told that they will escalate the issue. I still haven't heard from them a week later. I'm considering cancelling my insurance with them.
