I need help

I have had an accident 3 days ago and I have been contacting them with no avail and imagine you are used to a car and all of a sudden you have to board taxis after a 2.5km walk and when you try to call them their system is not friendly at all as it keeps on cutting and the app says something is wrong on our side we are working hard to restore But I am not happy and not restored and when you call looking for Tshepo Mohatle as it is claimed to be the handling consultant but you cannot go through to him is it that I am black and living in Mthatja that I get such service???
