I'm getting no joy from Discovery Insure

Good Day,<br> Please someone assist,I'm not getting no joy dealing with Discovery Insure.My house was flooded last Oct 2015 and Discovery send a service provide to take my clothes for dry cleaning.but two months later my clothes has not been returned from the dry clean.<br> <br> I've been calling discovery insure several times but no luck of my clothes being returned.I'm so disappointed with Discovery .<br> I keep on getting a new delivery date of my clothes and when the date come and pass still no communication/apology from then until I make a call.<br> This has caused much of an inconvenient on my side and can someone please assist
