I know I have made the right decision when choosing my insurance :-)

So... I bought a car... did the necessary taking out insurance... while assuming (as most of us do - well... at least I do) that I will most probably not need to use it anytime soon! 2 weeks later, ***s...car... accident... my worst nightmare! Then the "dreaded call" to inform my insurance about the incident... I am expecting the worst (based on all the horror stories I've heard from other people who have received not so pleasant responses from their insurance companies when they actually have to make a claim - which ultimately makes a bad situation even more unpleasant). I am writing today to say that I have never felt more taken care of, and made to feel so calm and "insured" because of the amazing treatment I have received by the staff from Discovery Insure who have taken such good care of me every step of the way. I want to thank the people that have helped make my experience pleasant and friendly). Gugu (I did not get her surname - but she was the lady I spoke to when I called to report the incident). Imthiaz Hoosen who has helped me every step of the way as well as Simon Ngoepe for his quick and efficient service yesterday. Thank you guys.
