So I've been back and forth with various consultants regarding my policy. . My case was quite a cumbersome and convoluted one. My car was ****** but the policy premiums were still being deducted. Apart from the difficulties I presented to Discovery Insure, I was, in turn, faced with difficulties their consultants presented to me. The only saving grace was Angie who managed to solved 3 weeks worth of complaints within 1 phone call. To her specifically, I wish to give a 5-star.
