I had to clarify my premium increase that I wasn’t happy with. I received an email from Discovery Insure stating my insurance will increase by 15percent as from July. I actually downgraded my insurance 2 weeks ago after already sky high increase in April, so I felt like I’m being punished. I’m a loyal Discovery customer, even my medical aid is Discovery. My entire family is with Discovery. I spoke to Mr Thabang Mpyana from the Retentions department, he was very understanding, professional and after explaining the whole situation he helped me and set me back on the right number. If it wasn’t for his efforts I would’ve changed my insurance company. Thank you 🙏
