I had just collected my car from the panel beater after 4 weeks, so you can imagine the excitement I had. I drove out of the panel beater and went to Eco Park Boulevard to show my husband the final product after the repairs, after all that I got into my car and my plan was to go home finally, when I start the ignition of my car it couldn't start I assumed I didn't have petrol but no it was the battery, my battery was flat and didn't have any Jumpstart kit. So I remembered I have discovery insurance I phone in and Jade Matjeke answered my call, explained my story and she was so calm, friendly polite and she really helped me to not be nervous and not to panic. She organized assistant for me and she did follow up as well, she checked up on me now and again and assured me that help is on the way. Even when I got help, she still phoned to make sure that am safe and my problem had been resolved. I really appreciate her concerns and passion. Towards her work, I'd rate her 9.8/10
