I had a bad Friday, when all of a sudden my car couldn't get in to gears. I called Discovery, I got through Willie Scholtz and he was patient with me as I was panicking and he asked me if I was in a safe place, luckily enough I was packed at my friends place as it was getting late and the dealerships were closing. I called in on Saturday morning and got through to him and he could still remember me. He arranged a tow truck for me in less than 45minutes my car was towed. He was amazing. Thanks a lot Willie
