I got a quote from Discovery insure which was slightly more expensive and I needed to be on vitality to benefit from the driving benefits. I declined the offer. I got a call this afternoon 2/10/2025 from Sizwe in CT no surname and no employee no . He basically advised that the value added products that are sold by discovery are the equivalent of "Louis Vuitton" and what is available in the market is available at Mr Price. So suggested that if he feels so strongly about his product and services that Discovery offers he should go onto a social media platform say it. He cut the call. Poor services, unwarranted claims and bringing other insurance companies reputation into question regarding their respective value add products and services. I request that Discovery listens to the whole call and see if it's reputation should not be under scrutiny for staff like this...they are welcome contact me if they prefer.
