I feel ****med by the increase

I was happy until they increased my premiums by R500. I understand increases and high inflation but to increase by R500!!! I’m even more annoyed as they told me to cancel my previous insurance because they are better! I feel ****med. I called to query the increase and was told that there is nothing they can do about it, they sent communication about the increase! And were very dismissive in their tone. No where in the communication did they mention a R500 increase. Anyways good riddance to these ********.
