I dont know what to say anymore Discovery and its Panel beaters

After 52 days I'm still without a car and the only response I get from Discovery is "We'll get back to you". They took the courtesy car, and now I got charged R1802 by AVIS and nobody is able explain why. I know the response on this platform will be the same. "We are sorry for the inconveance, we'll get someone to contact you". Nobody calls me...I call them everytime and holds for long minutes only to have my calls dropped. This is my first calim and the issue was only the headlights...does it really have to take this long? I honestly really regret to have chosen this insurance.
