I do not recommend Discovery Insure.
I have never had such an impersonal experience with any company. You can't get to speak to the person who is handling your claim and you are never given the full information. I have spent multiple afternoons on hold because the person answering the call has to go and check with the person working on my claim but no new information is given.
I have requested, for over a week to get a list of items that have been approved and items that have not been approved for my claim. This list is proving to be very difficult to get, however the payout that is based on this list is ready. I feel that it is my right to know what has been approved and what has not.

I am still receiving shocking service from you. I had someone phone me to assist but they have done nothing. My claim is still not resolved. I only send in the required information to be told it is still missing. However, the documents are all labeled there. Your call center does not record all my requests for assistance and the person assisting me is out of the office when ever I try to speak to them.
This is the worst service I have ever received.
