I am very disappointed
I submitted a claim with Discovery Insurance last week and they will send the Assessor to go and asses my car lat week Thursday but the assessor didn’t go and no one is updating me with the progress. My car has been at Audi Center since last week and it looks like it’s still gonna be there even this week. I am really disappointed with Discovery Insure, I trusts them so much.

17 Jan 2023, 15:28My car is still sitting at Audi Center Port Elizabeth and nothing has been done to it because Discovery Insure haven’t paid or made payment arrangement. It has been there since the 3rd of January 2023. What is it exactly that I need to do in order for Discovery Insure to attend this matter?

16 Feb 2023, 09:50My car is still not back and you’ve taken your courtesy car yet you’re the one who caused the delay. I use +_ R200 a day to get to work and that doesn’t even bother you. I regret the day I chose Discovery as my Insurance 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽
