I am innocent - Third Party Claim

A client of Discovery Insure drove into the back of my vehicle while I was standing stationary at a stop street waiting for traffic to pass. I contacted Discovery Insure and asked for the necessary documents to submit a claim. I was told I will receive a mail.

After some time past I have not receive any mails. I phoned them again and was told it was send to the wrong address. They have miss spelled my name. My first question. Does such big companies not get a "mail failure" notification?

Aventually I received the mail and within two days submitted all the documents to Roshana. To date I have not received an acknowledgement receipt from her. This was send on 23 December.

I did send follow up mail. No answer.

I phoned her an left messages. No return call.

Aventually I phoned and asked to speak to her supervisor. I was transferred to Ravi. He told me to send him the paper trail. This was this past Friday. On Monday he send a mail saying an assesor will phone me the same day. I did not receive a phone call. I informed him. He advised the matter was escalated to a manager. The manager has not made any contact.

I am the innocent victim in this matter and Discovery Insure has no desire to assit me.
