I am in pain

I have never experienced such pain from the car insurance than what I am experiencing at this point. I had an accident in September where I hit a pothole in PTA, my vehicle was then taken to Zanzibar BMW and was told that my car will be fixed there. I told them that I was wanted my car to be fixed in jhb as I stay here and they said I must not worry as they will tow my vehicle to my home after it’s done, it’s now November and I still don’t have a car, I told them over and over again that I need my car and the repairer kept saying they are finishing with my car but now they are saying the repairer is over demanding which will lead to my car being written off, how do they write off a car that needs repairs on suspension only?
