Good Evening,<br> <br> I do not often compliment people because lately good service is scares,<br> <br> I was very sceptical about discovery insure due to previous experiences - however i would like to commend you on your awesome service lately, i have made a couple of adjustment on my policy die to buying a new car and just the normal adjustments and i was surprised at the pleasant experience that i have had, - i have also recently claimed for a damaged cell phone and everything is being handled with professionalism and enthusiasm, I don't have to wait as Kelebogile Bezu keeps me updated all the time, i have received calls making sure everything is on track and when i call the call centre i am helped timorously and efficiently - i even had a premium decrease this year - THANK YOU DISCOVERY INSURE - KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK<br> <br> Regards,<br> <br> Bryan
