I almost stayed!

<p>I had to cancel my vehicle insurance and expected the usual "but how can we keep you and please dont go and and and.... Gath was very polite and asked in a subbtle manner if he could assist or help in any way to keep me as a customer but didnt push me. By being so nice about it I almost felt bad leaving. Thanks for making it a good exit experience Garth and not frustraing me. You have a very good way about you!</p>
