human over bots anyday

Getting through to the call center was a mission and I am an existing client, however Sandile Ngobeni was amazing, he was thorough, gave me all the information I needed, and was very efficient and attended to my query which he was able to resolve in record time so his service far outweighed any delays I got prior to his intervention. GOing through the bot is really annoying and not the right choices, and that took about 20 minutes, but actually speaking to someone human on the other end was great.
