How to get helped with claims quicker!

I had the incredible dishonor of trying to submit a claim, eventually submitting it and having it denied. If you would like to get through to someone who can help you, don't bother trying to call claims, you won't get through. trust me I tried. I spent hours on hold with no answer. Call as a prospective new client asking for a "NEW" quote, you will get helped within 5 min. Ask for their names and to give your number to a team leader for one of the claims teams and get them to call you. and if nothing happens just call back for another "NEW" quote and get someone else to do the same thing, it will save you hours of frustration and a lot of airtime.
