How to Discovery AGONY at Discovery

I am Discovery Insure Member***) and my vehicle was hijacked on the 1st week of March, Fortunately it was recovered within a few hours, My claim(***) has been nothing but an outrageous nightmare, At intimation of the claim I was advised that my vehicle would be taken to a service provider in Pretoria east only to find out that wasn't the case, The vehicle in question is now with Sanrose Motors & Panelbeaters in Midrand, I have been taken from pillar to post regarding the documentation request by Nompumelelo Siningwa (Claims Advisor) I have given everything Discovery required from me, I had a courtesy vehicle that was offered as per my plan sadly the period expired and I ended up paying more from my end in order for me to still live a normal life, I am now stuck here as I had to return the courtesy vehicle as it made no economical sense to keep it anymore, What I fail to understand in this is does it really take over two months to fix the vehicle? I have never experienced such a ********** service, I am trying to get my life back in order after the hijack and sadly the company that I trusted is just augmenting my mental state, Does Discovery even care about it's clients? Cancel my insurance and backdate my premium from month end of march as you have brought nothing but agony in my life.
