How many people are duked by this useless Discovery insure that always looks for loopholes not to pay

I recently logged a claim for my treadmill that stopped working. Listen to this I asked a private company to come to test my treadmill they did a 1-hour test tested the motor, they took out the pc board and tested every strand on it in front of me, showed me the damage from a power surge on the Pc board, so failure to work properly. The Great and awesome Discover as they claim send two guys to inspect my treadmill, and wow they didn't test the motor they had faulty equipment to start off with and they didn't take out the pc board they just probed it and said it was not working as it supposed to. So their conclusion is wear and tear on a Pc board the first time I ever heard of wear and tear on a pc board.
