How I was messed around by discovery insurance

<p>Discovery is suppose to be number #1 car insurance,I hit a pathole on the 1 of may on my way from home to work , i damaged my tyre and my rim , I called discovery my car was towed from kwa mhlanga to Pretoria exhaust tyre and city where I bought myself a new tyre and they didn't have the rim, as it was a public holiday had to pay out of my pocket to get myself mobile, they tried to fix the rim but it was buckled and they advised me not to drive to long with it ,may damages my new tyre, on the 2 <br />First thing I did was to call discovery to tell them what happened, I spoke to Grayson pillay told him my story,he then send me for an assessment at riverside body ,I went, I still explain to him I'm not supposed to drive to long with the rim it will damage my tyre, I was sent from back to forth by claim department ,every time I call Grayson is busy , then on the 11 I decided I had enough of this drama, I was ready to cancel my insurance, I was transferred to retention department some idiot managed to convince me not to cancel he told me that my claim has been approved,they've used my money for the tyre towards my access I must just pay in the difference once the panel beater is done with the work,just need to take my car in I can even wait for it
