How do you determine how I drive?

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent an email to "insureinfo" with no response. Then I sent an e-mail to "insurecomplaints" with no response. So this is my 3rd option:</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to enquire how you determine the scores. I have attached an extraction of my DQ Track report </p> <p>There is absolutely no harsh acceleration indicated on this report since 1 January 2016, and have been penalised for this from 1 Jan 2016</p> <p> </p> <p>Please advise as I think that this information is incorrect and influencing my scores on your system, or is this just way to make sure that you don't have to pay back more money to your customers.</p>
