How Discovery insure treats 3rd party claimants

On 14th Feb a motorbike crashed into my car, the owner of the company that owns the bike is insured with Discovery insure. I got the quotes, submitted them along with every other piece of information that was requested by discovery. To date my 3rd party claim hasn't been resolved. I have called, emailed and still nothing. I was told that it takes 3 days to finalize, I was asked for an affidavit on 14th March, I emailed it on the 15th and sent emails asking for acknowledgement of receipt. I have heard ***** to date. I call the number on the email signature for Thabiso Twala in legal everyday and send emails everyday but I've heard zilch.

The quotations that I submitted are no longer valid, they were valid for 30 days so does this mean that I ought to incur more expenses of driving around seeking new quotations whenever Discovery deems it suitable to attend to me? What happens if and when the repair costs are now more than the old quote? Who is responsible for the difference?

What about the inconvenience and embarrassment of driving a dented car😡

This is such an arrogant company... I'm disgusted and furious with how they treat those of us that aren't their clients.
