How bad Discovery insurance is

Hi I have 3 properties I rent out insure by discovery insurance one property has a tuck shop and is a semidetached property recently a fire started by the neighbours property made damage to my property the back property it is not attached to the tuck shop but it’s on the same property which I clearly told the broker now discovery rejected my claim on a none disclosure they are good at taking ur monthly payment but when **** happen they have the world of stories not to pay out all that the broker now is saying he cannot recall and I sit with the damage to repair I rent out the other property why will I not disclose anything and it’s for my best interest
