How a lady at Discovery actually did her job

After three months of trying to get Discovery to acknowledge a mistake they made in car hire,a lady by the name of Masego Makhetha went the whole hog and got my refund.The dissatisfaction with Discovery had nothing to do with money,but rather a sequence of events where managers would phone,interact and dissapear as fast as they had materialized.Masego took the bull by the horns and followed through from beginning to end.I commend her for this.
