Household contents claim - Gontse Moteane

While away on holiday, our fridge decided to stop working and I made a claim for the fridge as well as its contents. My claim was dealt with by Gontse Moteane from the Insure non motor claims division and she was an absolute star. Pleasant, very clear in her explanations of the process, and constantly kept me updated as to what was happening (very rare with customer service today I find). Top marks for a lovely lady!
