Household Claims

I am very disappointed with discovery insure. Put in a claim for a break in at my house on the 15th of July. it has been a month and my claim is still not sorted.

The accessor is asking for information far above what is required. An example is for bank statements from 8 years ago.

I logged a complaint regarding this with thier offical channels on the 11th of a August and i have no feedback from that either.

So now I am seriously thinking of moving insurance as this is always the case with house hold claims.

There is always a issue when it comes to claims. Very quick to take my money but when it comes to paying out a claim there is always a problem.
