House repairs

So how bad is the service and contractors that discovery building insurance send out to do repairs on my house we put in a claim for hail damage it was approved and the contractors come and started the job My seiling are painted half not sanded properly the corners looks bab thay didn't put back my lights and curtains rail thanks discovery for the **** service and not contacting me after 6 complaints
