They dont know how to talk to people and no manners, when i was on a call with their claim team their resonse is like this(How the claims team can say that to me your house got burnt is not their problems, this is how they talk??) Also dont belive everything when they selling the policy their sales teams wanna make a sales/money so they can share minimum informations to sell the policy. For my recent claim is taking almost a month and untill today i cant get hold of their managers to explain the issues. Once again Discovry insurance has failed to do the services. Poor, poor services and i will nit recomend to anyone. My claims handle by Lesego Rapoo and Monosi Rapoo Claim Number: ***
