Hostage cellphone
I am without my cellphone for over a week due to *********** handling of my *** in for screen repairs. I could fly to Korea and get them to repaired faster. Now they holding my one phone hostage for R750 excess but refuse to give me banking details to make payment. Last year they try to de***** me this year this aways *****ed ways. I should leave the discovery family health wealth and insurance you always leave a bad taste.

22 Jun 2021, 14:29No response from *****ed insurer. Still just dragging out the process at the clients expense. How hard is it to courier a phone. I got the same response from 4 different people over the last week.
