Horror At Discovery

Hi. On the 18th of last month I had an accident and my car was undrivable. I reported the matter to Discovery and they appointed an investigator to investigate this claim. I was investigated like a ********, they went as far as asking for my call records and all other details which at the time I felt they were looking for all the excuses not settle the claim, eventually they decline my claim. their reason was that I did not disclose that I was once cancelled by the insurance even today I still don't have proof that I did not disclose since have not come back to me with the request I sent to them with recordings. The question I have is that why did they allowed me in their insurance and debited me more than R5000 every month while they have the information with incident that took place in 2017.
