Horrific Service Discovery!

I am a Discovery Medical, Bank, Life and Insure client, but this seems to add no value to me as a client. In a time of theft, when you lost your valuables and expect speedy service from your insurer, who is always ready to debit your account monthly - you as the client spend hours on the phone asking for feedback or simple acknowledgment that they recieved an email. Absolutely shocking service! Fact, happy to tell you lies over the phone to get you off the line, but then those "commitments" are never met.
