Horrific service

I am insured through Discovery Insure. I was hijacked last year in early July. It took several (4) months of fighting, Discovery not returning calls etc to get a a vehicle payout. As far as contents in the car are concerned I got a very small amount paid out. They promised for months they are going to pay it and then in November 2023 just turned around and said no without providing proper reasons. There is no proper communication, everybody passes the buck etc. I even took bets with the person that answered the call to say that the agent working on the case will not return the calls. I never lost those bets.
