Horrific service and delays on paying out claim

The worst service that I have ever received.

I filed a claim on 26 May and it has almost been three weeks without anything being resolved.

Not one of the emails that I have sent to follow up with my claim has been responded to and it is left up to me to call Discovery and get transferred to numerous departments in order to get any sort of information regarding the claim.

No one ever seems to know what is happening with the claim, none of the paperwork that I have sent through regarding the claim has been filed (I get told each time that I call that this paperwork is still outstanding) and not even the emails that I have sent to the complaints department have been answered.

It has gotten to the point where when I call and ask to speak to someone that can assist me, I get put on hold for up to 10 minutes until I hang up.

I will definitely be escalating this matter and cancelling my policy as soon as this horrific experience is over.

I have never written a bad review online in my life, but have subscribed to HelloPeter just to warn others to stay far away from Discovery.
