Horrific service

I’m highly disappointed at the moment after being insured with Discovery for over 6 years. It’s is by far the worst service I’ve received ever thanks to Moipone Rosina Kgokolo. I submitted a claim on 14.11.2023 and received an email and sms stating that I’ll be contacted within 24 working hours. We are over 72 working hours with no communication from the claims handler. I personally had to make a call by which I was assisted by Aboo Williams who willing assisted me by booking my vehicle in for an assessment. Kudos to you Aboo Williams.
